HANNING MOTORS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Vadodara, India for the production of synchronous pumps and motors. The company is also involved in application development and assembly of electronic components as well as adapting frequency inverters to customer specifications. This website uses the web analysis service software Matomo (www.matomo.org), provided by InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, („Matomo“) to collect and store data, based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, for the statistical evaluation of visitor access for marketing and optimization purposes. If your request aims to enter into a contract the further processing is based on Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data you provided by means of the contact form can be used to promote our products by letter post (see also clause Advertising by Letter Post). We will not disclose this information without your permission to third parties.
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will send you regular information and offers regarding our products and services. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The indication of additional possible data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally.

To communicate with our customers we use, among other things, online conference tools. Details of the tools we use are listed below. If you communicate with us by video or audio conference via the Internet, your personal data is collected and processed by us and by the provider of the respective conference tool.
During these sessions, the conference tools collect all data you provide/use for using the tool (email address and/or your telephone number). In addition, the conference tools process the duration of the conference, the start and end (time) of participation in the conference, the number of participants and other “context information” associated with the communication process (meta data).
The provider of the tool also processes all technical data required for handling the online communication. This includes, without being limited to, IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IDs, device type, type and version of the operating system, client version, camera type, microphone or speaker, and the type of connection.
If any content is exchanged, uploaded or provided in any other way within the tool, such content is also stored on the servers of the tool providers. Such content includes, without being limited to, cloud recordings, chat/instant messages, voicemails, uploaded photos and videos, files, whiteboards, and other information shared while using the service.
Please note that we do not have full influence on the data processing procedures of the tools used. Our possibilities largely depend on the corporate policy of the respective provider. Purpose and legal basis
The conference tools are used for communicating with future or existing contractual partners and/or to offer certain services to our customers (Art. 6(1)(1)(b) of the GDPR).
